4.3 Endpoint and Organization Identification

Identify the responsible organization, the deployed endpoint, and its operator. These declarations establish the scope of the capabilities published for that endpoint.

Publish	What to provide
Responsible Organization	Legal or operational organization responsible for the endpoint.
Endpoint / Direct Address	Direct address, address pattern, or other endpoint identification used for exchange.
Endpoint or Service Name	Human-readable service name, when used.
Endpoint Operator / Intermediary	HIE, data utility, HISP, or other intermediary when relevant.
Supported Use Case	cc-maternal-health-birth and supported version.
Technical / Trading Partner Contact	Onboarding and interoperability contact.
Last Updated	Date the declarations were last verified.
