MAP Intended Recipient

Identifies an Organization, PractitionerRole, or Practitioner intended to receive the SubmissionSet. A Practitioner reference with no relationship to an Organization and the practitioner role is STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Use PractitionerRole to preserve the practitioner, receiving organization, and role context together. The selected Direct Endpoint is transport destination information and is not itself the Information Recipient.
