The naming system for identifying a Practitioner's role within the DirectTrust Directory. These identifiers uniquely identify a Practitioner's role at a specific Organization or Group Practice, working at specific facility locations, providing specific services and belonging to specific health networks. The identifier is created as PR- followed by the md5 hex hash of HISPID, EV_ORG_UID, LOC_UID, and PROV_UID, PROV_NPI, PROV_NAME.
