The naming system for idenitying a service Location managed by a specific Organization in the DirectTrust Directory. The identifier is created as L- followed by the md5 hex hash of HISPID, LOC_NAME, LOC_ADDR_1, LOC_ADDR_2, LOC_CITY, LOC_STATE, LOC_ZIP.
