Organization Affiliation DT Directory Identifier ​

The naming system for identifying organization affiliations. These identifiers uniquely identify an Organization being served by a specific HISP. The identifier is created as an OA- followed by the md5 hex hash of the HISPID and an Organization Identifier provided by the Endpoint Verification Service EV_ORG_UID.
