A minimal FHIR R4 List identifying the originating structured payload reported by TX8. Carries the original business identifier, sourceId, submissionTime, purpose and applicable Context identifiers while omitting original membership and patient author recipient references. Used as the primary information object in FHIR metadata and serialized as FHIR XML for XD.
